Survey Terms & Conditions

End Date: June 24th, 2025

Send A Cake is offering a chance for 5 randomly selected participants to each win a $100 Amazon digital gift card for completing a feedback survey. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Open to legal U.S. residents only.
  • The survey must be accessed via an official Send A Cake email invitation.
  • Limit one entry per person/email.

2. Survey Participation

  • All questions are to be answered truthfully to the best of the participant's ability.
  • Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate submissions will be disqualified and omitted.
  • The email address used in the survey must match the email address the survey was sent to.

3. Prize Drawing & Fulfillment

  • 5 winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey participants on the next business day following the end of the campaign.
  • Each winner will receive a $100 digital Amazon gift card via email within 7 business days of selection.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey.
  • Gift cards are issued by third-party retailers and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash

 

4. Offer Limitations

  • One gift card per participant or email.
  • Offer valid through June 24th, 2025.
  • Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for the reward.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Responses will only be used internally to improve our products and services.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share personal information without your consent, per GDPR and CCPA guidelines.

6. Additional Terms

  • Send A Cake reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time.
  • All eligibility and fulfillment decisions made by Send A Cake are final.
  • Send A Cake reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants and exclude any survey responses deemed inappropriate, abusive, or offensive.
