This person will assist the Production Manager in making sure warehouse activities are running efficiently, communication is occurring, problems are being solved, and solutions are being developed. This person will assist with implementing strategies and processes that maximize the productivity of the company's employees and daily business functions. This position is highly visible and maintaining a strong leadership example is of the utmost importance.
