First of all, the cake was delicious. It was for a birthday celebration that was to happen in the afternoon but it arrived about 6:30 pm. There was no knock and we were lucky to see the delivery man leave. It was laying on its side and we had a cake with a flat side. This was the second time in a row that this happened. You should have a larger "THIS SIDE UP" sign on the actual top.

My family in FL said it was delicious best they ever had. The only downside was that family that live in NJ and CA couldn’t have some !
