Customer Content Submission Terms & Conditions

Thank you for sharing your content with Send A Cake, LLC (“SAC”). By submitting your video, photo, or other content (“Submission”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
Submission must be received through an official Send A Cake request or entry form.

2. Participation & Compensation
Participation is voluntary.
Customers will only be eligible for compensation, giveaway entry, or other stated incentives if a video or other requested content is submitted.
No payment or incentive is provided for survey-only participation.

3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
By submitting content, you grant SAC a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publish your Submission, including your name, likeness, and voice, in any media or format, for any business purpose. Including but not limited to websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
You confirm that you own the rights to the Submission and that anyone appearing in it has given permission for its use.
SAC has no obligation to use or publish your Submission.

4. Release of Claims
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials in which your Submission may appear.
You release and hold harmless SAC, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any claims relating to the Submission, including copyright, publicity, or privacy claims.

5. Data & Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
SAC complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Personal information will not be sold or shared without consent.

6. General Terms
SAC reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this program at any time without notice.
Submissions deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading may be disqualified.

By participating and submitting the video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
