Thanks for using UPS. Everything was delivered on time! And I love the fact that the cupcakes were individually wrapped, however they were kind of smushed so you couldn’t really see the logos of the houses. The overall the whole aesthetic is absolutely incredible, and the cupcakes were quite good.
Really loved it and it was fun. It was definitely a big surprise to the person I gave it to. I am very happy it got here on time. But just wish the brownies tasted better.

The whole family loved this for my grandson‘s birthday. Everybody was surprised they had no idea what to expect. The idea of it, and the concept is absolutely brilliant. The only thing I would love to have happen for the Harry Potter series is with the letterbox the acceptance letters that came out of the box. It would’ve been amazing if you can custom order it to the child’s name so that Child knows that they are accepted not Harry Potter. They already know Harry Potter is accepted.

Absolutely incredible! My son was so surprised laughed so hard and loved his Harry Potter flying letter box!! Truly was the perfect touch to his birthday.
My daughter loved this!!! It showed up perfectly on time. The letters shooting out made her whole day! She kept putting it back together to shoot them out over and over. And the brownies were delicious as well!

This was a great surprise gift and brought lots of joy. I only wish there was a way to "reset" the Harry Potter Letter flier so we could do it more than once. My granddaughter was so surprised and absolutely loved it!

the cake and surprise cards were great. the music that was recorded was a poor recording and hard to identify as the harry potter theme.
It’s a fabulous gift to give and by the response I received from my bestfriend an even better gift to receive.
I bought the cake for my wife and it was to be delivered on her birthday. I was out of town and her and my daughter had the best time opening the gift and being surprised by the letter from Hogwarts flying out. I am definitely satisfied no problem with delivery or the product.
