Their system made it easy to know when the item will arrive at its destination, so you can time it perfectly. Even though my son opened it up-side-down, contrary to the large red instructions on the box, the gift still opened, lit up and dispensed bubbles. This was for his 21st birthday and he was very surprised, said it was awesome!! Thank you for this great, creative product and well executed service!!
