I had no idea what was in store for me when I lifted up the box lid!! What a wonderful and unique surprise gift!! Truly a highlight in every way!! Tears brought to my eyes for such a beautiful and thoughtful Mother's Day gift!! Yes, it was videoed!! I definitely will try the cake soon!

My daughter gave me this for Mother’s Day, and the happiness and excitement of the explosion gave me the feels of a little girl in delight. This was the best gift ever! The cake and candy bow were so yummy too!

I just got off the phone with my Mom. I sent her this for Mother’s Day. Boy, that reaction was not expected. I am so thrilled by it! My mother was beside herself! I wish I had recorded the conversation so I could listen to it over and over again! Laughing, giggling, excited. Told me she’s never going to forget that, it was the best gift ever, and … you really got me! Talking about all the butterflies, and how they flew all over. I just can’t get over how happy and excited she was. Really made not only her day… but mine. Was nearly in tears at how excited she was. Thank you for giving us that, best money spent on a gift ever.

My mom's birthday runs up very close to Mother's Day, and bc this gift includes a cake, I thought it would be a good way to celebrate and encompass the spirit of both of those special days. Well, she tells me a birthday candle even came with the cake for her. Just perfect! Very special. I want to thank the thoughtful person who read the birthday note, and added that nice touch. Here is exactly what my mom wrote to me, after she opened it: The package came yesterday, and it was so very darling. I carefully opened it and WOW butterflies flew out truly in all directions, and then the flowers came flowing out as well. How delightful. The cake had a birthday candle. I will eat it this weekend. SO impressive and imaginative. I could never think of something like this. THANK YOU! It was quite a pleasant surprise!! (<-- her words). (My words-->) I think this is a very clever gift for Mother's Day. So glad to have found this new company.

This was so unexpected and fun. I loved it and I will be surprising other friends with 'Cake in a Box' for those special occasions.

bought this for my sister and she absolutely loved it! i bought this for her a couple days ago for mother’s day, it arrived quickly and it was beautiful! i couldn’t be there with her but the video was nice to watch, would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed opening it and also watching my dog try to go after a butterfly or 2. It was great! I saw it was from Send A Cake so I brought it to our coffee table to open it away from my face. Out came butterflies and a pile of small fake roses. I laughed alot! I asked my husband to video it as it was opened. I'm so glad that I did! Thankyou! My daughter and soninlaw sent it. FYI: the bottom of the outer box was pretty wet due to the rain, but the inner box is completely wrapped in plastic so it was fine. I havent tried the tiny cake yet (a candle was included); am looking forward to it. :)
