Send A Cake is offering a limited-time 10% discount on eligible purchases to select customers who complete a customer feedback survey. This promotional offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Open to legal residents of the United States only.

  • Only those who have received a direct email invitation to complete the survey from Send A Cake are eligible.

  • Limit one survey submission and one 10% discount per customer.

2. Survey Requirement

  • The survey must be completed in full using the official link provided in the invitation email.

  • All required questions must be answered honestly and submitted before April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

  • Incomplete or duplicate submissions will not be eligible for the discount code.

3. How to Redeem the Discount

  • After successful survey completion, eligible participants will receive a unique 10% off promo code via email within 7 business days.

  • Promo code must be entered at checkout on sendacake.com before the expiration date.

  • Discount applies to the product subtotal before tax and shipping.

4. Offer Limitations

  • Promo code is valid for one-time use only.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.

  • Not valid on subscription products, limited-edition collaborations, or previous purchases.

  • Offer expires December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

5. Returns and Adjustments

  • Refunds on returned items will reflect the discounted purchase price.

  • Price adjustments on previous orders are not available.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Survey responses will be used for internal research purposes only.

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Send A Cake complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations and does not sell or share personal data without explicit consent.

7. Additional Terms

  • Send A Cake reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without notice.

  • All decisions regarding eligibility and reward fulfillment are final.
