Send A Cake is offering a limited-time 15% discount on eligible purchases to select customers who complete a customer feedback survey. This promotional offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Open to legal residents of the United States only.
Only those who have received a direct email invitation to complete the survey from Send A Cake are eligible.
Limit one survey submission and one 15% discount per customer.
2. Survey Requirements
All questions are to be answered truthfully to the best of participant's ability and submitted before June 30, 2025.
Incomplete or duplicate submissions will not be eligible for the discount code.
The email address used in the survey must match the email address the survey was sent to.
3. How to Redeem the Discount
After successful survey completion, eligible participants will receive a unique 15% off promo code via email within 7 business days.
Promo code must be entered at checkout on sendacake.com before the expiration date.
Discount applies to the product subtotal before tax and shipping.
4. Promo Code Limitations
Promo code is valid for one-time use only.
Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.
Not valid on subscription products, limited-edition collaborations, or previous purchases.
Promo code expires December 31, 2025.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
Survey responses will be used for internal research purposes only.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Send A Cake complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations and does not sell or share personal data without explicit consent.
7. Additional Terms
Send A Cake reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without notice.
Submission of false or misleading information may result in removal from the dataset.
Send A Cake reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants and exclude any survey responses deemed inappropriate, abusive, or offensive.
