Corporate & Group Ordering Purchase Agreement
Shipping
All packages sent to an address in the USA
will ship standard 2-day shipping for Free, or $10 per box for overnight
shipping. We do not ship outside of the USA. We are not responsible for carrier
delays, including weather delays, and seasonal volume delays. We are not
responsible if a carrier requires a signature and no one is at your location to
sign at the time of delivery. We can not be held accountable for replacements
if gifts are confirmed delivered by FedEx but the receiver claims non receipt.
If gifts are returned to us because of an invalid address, we can not be held
accountable for replacements. IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to ship earlier
than projected. We also reserve the right to ship by an alternate shipping
method and/or carrier than requested and/or paid for, as long as the package
will arrive within the same shipping transit time. We will always choose the
fastest and most efficient method that is equal to or less than the transit
time you choose.
Billing
Payments are accepted via credit card, wire
transfer, or check. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee.
Orders being shipped to Washington state will incur 10% sales tax. Payment will
be processed by 3pm PST 3 business days prior to your ship date for order sizes
from 10-49, by 3pm PST 5 business days prior to your ship date for order sizes
from 50-299, and by 3pm PST 7 business days prior to your ship date for order
sizes of 300+. If sending a check, the due date will be 1 week prior to the due
date listed on the invoice to allow time for processing.
Changes
Once the order is personalized for you, it
cannot be reused or restocked. For orders 10-49, no changes may be made to your
order after 3pm PST 3 business days prior to your ship date. For orders 50-299,
no changes may be made to your order after 3pm PST 5 business days prior to
your ship date. For orders 300+, no changes may be made to your order after 3pm
PST 7 business days prior to your ship date.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once the purchase agreement is signed and
payment is remitted, the order can no longer be cancelled.
We want you to be happy with your product! Within
30 days of your order, we offer a 100% refund if a product was faulty or
damaged in shipping and a replacement is out of the question. While extremely
rare, if we make a mistake we will also refund or replace the item.
