They arrived in time.

I am glad that the cake arrived on the event day and was in good shape. So generally I am happy with this service. However, although I placed the order more than 3 days in advance, the UPS delivery was still delayed a little bit. The cake arrived after 7PM on that day.

Cake arrived on time and the packaging was decent.

This was an extremely expensive cake so I was expecting better service. There was NO tracking email sent when they indicated they would send another follow up email once the product shipped. And, ftr, I did check my Clutter and Junk Mail. I then reached out to the recipient to ask if they received it and thankfully they did but for the price, I should have received a tracking email. I'm not sure how "good" the cake was given that they didn't rave about it and I didn't want to push the issue. Based on other reviews, I was hoping they would love it but that wasn't the case. Overall, it was interesting to try but I won't order again.
